Today was a very good day. We were actually able to go eat somewhere other than a truck stop and out of the microwave. We ate supper at the world famous Big Texan Steakhouse on Route 66 in Amarillo, Texas. It was really good! Richard wants to go back and try the 72 ounce challenge...steak, salad, 3 shrimp, and a roll within 1 hour. We watched a guy try while we were there, he ate almost all but a few bites of steak. Then it all came back up....that was pretty GROSS!! We walked around the whole place and got some really good pictures. It was a really neat place, and I probably could have stayed in the gift shop all day.
